Really wonderful water effect. Very photorealistic. I hate to nitpick, but it's so close to perfection! Adding some distortion or splashing to the water around people who are moving, and also darkening people's pants a little bit down by the water to indicate that their clothing is getting soaked. Did I mention how great this is?

I'm a big fan of greenery in city scenes, it looks like a carpet of clover. I like that you paid attention to the perspective of the yellow truck lettering and the greenery. I'm sure you will perfect your techniques as you continue to enter contests. Good luck!

I'm very glad you added shadows, but the shadows should match the density and softness of the source picture for added realism. I think you did a good job cutting the elements out of the original pictures, I don't see any artifacts at all! The snake really shows how hard you worked at it. Good luck!

Somebody likes Ferarris! Perfect perspective on the Ferarri behind the truck, great sources make all the difference! Softening the shadow under the car to match the truck and working on the lighting would have helped make the entry bellisimo!

It's a frog buffet! I like this cute little guy peeking out looking for lunch! Great job adding the shadows to all your elements. Tiny things like flies are hard to cut out of thier original elements, maybe consider leaving their legs out altogether and drawing in new ones? Good luck!

Shading the boxes to match the scene would have helped them to blend a touch better, as well as adding shadows under the boxes on the left. I suggest using light and shadow on the edges of the signs to make the more "3d"? Good luck.

The front bumper looks as though it is scraping the street because there is no shadow to show perspective, and the red car has the opposite problem, a super sharp shadow. Just a little attention to shadows makes all the difference! Good luck!

Hi, welcome to Worth! My first entry had a last-minute drawn-on arm and shoulder, so don't sweat it! I hope you keep submitting, because you'll learn a lot here. You really should not put your name in your comments because the voting is supposed to be anonymous, but since this is your first entry, I guess it is okay! I look forward to seeing more of your work.
