Yes, Kook, that bugged me as well and as it is there it's been tweaked so much to reduce the "brownness" - non-selectively, of course. But since the sushi was bought, I didn't have much choice. I do like to make sushi, but I'm not good enough at it yet to photograph it. :)

Glad to see this is finaly moving up. I would have liked to see more space at the bottom, tho', or maybe from a higher angle and the highlights are a bit blown but a nice shot tho'. Lovely detail.

This one realy baffles me :-P My first thought was: slow shutterspeed with a flash, because of the transparency in the middle. But then the middle WOULDN'T have been transparent. You're going to have to explain :-D
