You have some really blunt edges in your sky, I'm not sure how that happened as you didn't clone anything out of that area (to the right of the man). You need to work on your blending on the left side of him as well. The perspective on the guy is a bit off as well. You need to either have his feet propped on something, or bend him over further so he is fully resting his legs on the top of the train.

Be very careful when combining images. It is important to use the same resolution photos to give your image a realistic appearance.

I think the motion blur is fine... what throws me off is the reflection in the mirror. The perspective is off there. First, the color is totally different and secondly, how did the driver of the car get into that reflection if he isn't on the side of the train, which is where I'm assuming your reflection is orginating from.

I'm not sure what you were attempting to do with the image. If it were a motion blur you were going for, it falls short. To do this, you would want to select the entire railcar and either blur that or blur the background to show motion. In regards to the gauges you've added... your masking is a little jagged and I'm not sure what the other additions are, but they are blurry.
