A little sublt ebut well done. As a tip, step back from the image, or make it very small (ie. 100 pxsels). If you can't tell what it is, it's probably a good idea to do something new. The best images tend to be the ones that are instantly recognizable

The source images seem rather blurred in this. Are you downloading the highest quality of the themepost? If so, you may be having to enlarge the stems too much, resulting in the lack of quality

Nice idea though there seems to be some resifual halo affect on the edges of the cut out stem. I'd suggest trying the extract tool for more perfect cutouts or even to select, reduce by 1 pixels and deleting the edges to get rid of the halo
