The car is rather small in the image to really come across well

It woudl be a great idea if some sharpening or added filters were added to make it look more cartoonish. If done just right this could be awesome!

I think the extraction of the car could be a little better though it's obvious you did a lot of work on it. I would suggest the following method: http://web.mac.com/qofcheez/iWeb/Site/Extract%20tool.html I hope the tutorial helps, it's quick and really precise. If it doesn't work for every part, try the quickmask tutorial to fix up any problems
