Very interesting composition. Too bad the end and the sky are a bit washed-out. Try setting your exposure in a medium-brightness area of the frame then moving back to your original point to shoot. You might lose a little detail in the shadows but make up for it with a nice blue sky and details in the highlights.

Beautiful! Looks like a kaleidoscope picture. Did you know, though, that photos of the Eiffel Tower at night have to be authorized to be sold? Its nighttime presentation is copyrighted. I know you're not selling it here, so you're safe - just an interesting tidbit I learned recently. ;)

Would have been nice to see a little more of the building, and to have it leveled more. If you use the measuring tool (hold down the eyedropper in Photoshop) you can draw a straight line across the base, then straighten it using the arbitrary setting for rotate (the angle is automatically calculated for you).
