this could've been nice, but that post and flagpole(?) really affect this badly.

looks like fun was being had, but that brick wall backdrop is really killing the photo.

i think a tighter crop to get rid of the black triangle distraction in the top left would help. not sure having the one brother in total shadow is the most flattering of set-ups.

good shot. shame the 'lower' son is showing a tiny hint of motion blur. can appreciate how difficult it must have been to stay motionless for what must have been a pretty slow shutter speed. a 2nd light source may have come in handy so that the same profile of each son is lit, but that's just being overly picky!

oddstray - originally tried this in b&w and, to be frank, it looked s**te. went for the sepia as it maintained the weathered look to the iron chain links.

quad - cheers dude! still got caned in the voting though (when i work out the LOL smiley it'll go here). just had a 10x7 print done of this which will make it to a display of some sort at some point....probably.
