very nice shot. the 2 things that could be improved though are both environment related. try to get the background a true white (you'd then not require a border at all and have a really powerful image), and more difficult, but try to use a cleaner shooting location. the reflections of the open doorway & shelving can be distracting. still, good job though!

nice abstract of a pair of scissors. perhaps having the left most handle complete would've made it feel a little less cramped?

another excellent graphic image, but you need to ask yourself "is it filled with orange?". the actual orange part of the pic plays 2nd or even 3rd fiddle to the eyelashes / eye and the magenta hair

a very nice graphic entry, bu the orange is very much verging on being brown

i really like the composition on this and the way the orange colours go from dark to light

a strong entry, but i'm seeing more red and yellow than the bold orange as required for the comp

nice abstract and good choice of (presumably) wide angle lens

looks more like a stage performance of riverdance than fitness training to me....

my only problem with this is that your photo actually contains the object that is supposed to be punned.

i think you're missing a couple of shadows that would've been cast by her arms. still, nice idea though.

love the colours, but can't say i'm crazy about the room reflection in the left lens

a nice idea but the blending needs a lot more attention.

i missed voting on this contest. this also would've been my choice for the top spot. good capture of a fast moving game with both characters showing 100% commitment. the DoF is as expected for sports shots and i don't find the arm on the right a distraction. it brings a nice claustrophobic feel to the shot which you wouldn't get if it weren't there

lovely colours and a good complimentary choice for the text. i just hope that is the local spelling of triple though!

easily the best here. the tree makes a world of difference. without the foreground interest it provides the shot would have nowhere near the same impact.
a good, classy card with a perfect choice of frame and text that i could easily see being on sale in the locality. well done!

best subject here in my book, just a shame it appears slightly out of focus. upsized crop from the original?
the p#&sed off look on the bird's face says it all and capturing not only the falling rain but the splashes as the rain hits the bird really sets the context of the photo. i'd perhaps go for a slightly tighter crop and get rid of that triangle in the bottom left corner.

nice! you'll probably get comments about the highlights being blown, but i can't say that troubles me with this shot.

i don't think the setting sets the 4x4 off too well i'm afraid. if it were clambering up a steep incline or powering through a stream it would be way more effective. as it stands, it looks very cold and dull and wouldn't persuade me to part with my hard earned.

this is fine if you know what a harley is, but not seeing more of the bike makes it very generic.

nice idea, but the white balance is way off. this is literally a 10 second fix with the set point pickers in photoshop.

not sure this works too well with the dirty white.
