There's an excellent tutorial on this site that gives the basics of masking. It's called "merging drew and bougereau", you'll never ever go back to cut n paste. Your color blending looks great!

I'd hate to see that fly proportionately in real life. I love the tone of this.

I viewed full and I think your lighting inside the gourds looks good. I'm assuming that you have some smoldering ashes rising from the middle gourd but they look more like artifacts, it's a judgment call sometimes when you're doing small details.

A bit of shadow/shading on the leaves and gourds that are oob. In fact eliminating the leaves on the left, which look beveled and thick would be fine, they don't add much to your image.

I like this alot, you have the shading on the outside spot on. I like the outlines around the pumpkins although it'd be a bit unplausible.

I love the idea, smooshing the faces and lighting them up. The light looks a bit pink in the center gourd and if you can take the expressions on separate layers and smoosh them you can mask away some of the blurriness.

Great 1st :) There's a touch of depth lacking but that's not an easy effect to achieve, you'd have to study a lit gourd to get the idea. The light is a bit too even. Nevertheless...love this :)

Nice job on the cloning you kept the texture pretty clean (a little smudgy on the right gourd). Love the expression :)

You have the right idea. Work on techniques. It's always a process of steps :) The cloning on this looks great.

I'm wondering if you used a texture from somewhere else for the tablecloth behind the left gourd, maybe shrinking the pattern down so it's not quite so obvious and taking a bit of the yellow out. So clever though :)

I love this idea. Here I think the softness of the texture on the gourds works. The only issue I have is with the bricks above/around the right gourd, the color/blending is off and they are a bit soft/fuzzy. Just some light painting and texturing over that area with a low opacity soft brush would work I think. Pick the color up from the darker bricks and blend it in :)

The bricks don't bother me at all. There's a bit of softness to the texture of the gourds, not sure how I'd fix that. Maybe save the texture before it's cloned and try to integrate it later. Nevertheless, this is a great job! :)

Maybe a bit too much texture at the back of the tank top but really nice job otherwise (I'm nitpicking) :)

Well her legs are showing through the fishnet stockings...I know that's tough to remove, I for sure couldn't do it. Maybe a different source or some MAJOR masking.

The cloning where her body was is very obvious, so there's a ghostly image of her.

Well why can't these guys get t-shirts that have actual neckholes? :D just kidding you, you might want to look at a t-shirt that's not on someone and see how the neckhole looks.

The masking is very jaggedy, particularly on the left side of the skirt.

Well I assume you put him in a whole new background and the lighting is off because of that.

The bra and tank straps are missing their "back". Really nice job recreating the jeans waistband.
