I think the wheat in the forefront is very distracting, the orb is too. Overall the picture is dark, I struggled to see what the image was. The actual carving is well done.

This is a clear sharp image, great sources. Your highlighting/shadow is extreme and takes from the photorealistic look.

Your sourc is hurting your entry. The fence is distracting and distorting.

I think you got the tut right, but your background source (the stadium) is too far away and busy, it doesn't lend it self to this kind of image. I think you'd score really well with a good clean, clear source. (otherwise nice photo.

I don't know if you tried to the tutorial, it doesn't seem to have the chiseled effect, also you might want to try a simpler pattern, my first attempt was something complex and it was hard to tell what it was.

Compression is killing you and full view is way big. If this were my shot I would have cropped as much as possible to the sides of the drawer, the floor adds nothing to the shot.

There are some severe artifacts and jaggedy masking on the products in the bucket and the squeegy in full view.

This is one of my all time favorite Larsons. I have a color version hanging on my bulletin board :)

I like this, you did put alot in and it's quite good. My only critique is that even the people in the distance are in sharp focus, but the log cabin is a bit blurry even in full view.

That lens flare borders on gratuitous. Might have been better without it :)

I like this idea and looks pretty good. I just don't quite understand where the light illuminating the sign is coming from or why it appears to be from behind the sign yet the front of the sign is illuminated. The idea is very cool though.

The lighting, the shadows, the blending...it's on the money :)

Your Oz people look a little bit floaty. They need some definition so they look like they're on the ground. A strong shadow would not work here, but some shadowing is needed.
