be careful using the healing brush near contrasting colors. what i usually do in this case is mask the area i don't want to accidently pick up color from, and then work. either that or i clone at a lower transparency for blending. that way you don't get those streaks! i don't know that you really needed to use liquify, honestly. hope that helps!
