wow, I would have given it an even higher vote had I seen that the original bathing suit thing had NO lighting or texture either. Excellent work keeping the lines right, I agree though, people don't really gain much weight in their nose.

not so sure people gain weight just in their nose. Maybe she's having an allergic reaction to the strawberry?

Like how the original shadowing for arm muscles turned so well into what looks like slight stretch marks - and the Kit Kat bar, well thought out..

looks quite distorted from use of liquify - if you're planning to expand patterns try copying some areas and throwing them in extra layers to paste and manipulate, a pattern that weird could easily be reworked and you'd never know the difference.
