wow, I would have given it an even higher vote had I seen that the original bathing suit thing had NO lighting or texture either. Excellent work keeping the lines right, I agree though, people don't really gain much weight in their nose.

looks quite distorted from use of liquify - if you're planning to expand patterns try copying some areas and throwing them in extra layers to paste and manipulate, a pattern that weird could easily be reworked and you'd never know the difference.
