The problem here is, that he played the Joker, and therefore Nicholson in a clown mask has already done and creepier. Nice work though.

Should have been better, a good hint is have a look at the shadows already in the picture, and then try to match them.

why do they have their fingers up the tiger's nose? Nicely donel, could have done a bit better with color matching and shading.

Really good first try... If you are using CS3, there is a tool there with which you can match the colors of one picture with those of another. That would have been a real boon in this case.

The problem here is that you distorted the pictures that you put in the background. You should have altered the frames to fit the pictures not the other way around.
