You are right about the meaning of "para", and what's more, the PWP instead of PWPP is actually cooler.
However, when you are designing for someone, it is important to stick to the brief. The brief expressly states PWPP. The reason for this, although it is not explained in the brief, is domain name availability. We use pwpp.es as an alternative, shorter domain name for printed matter and email addresses. pwp.es (or any other 3-letter domain) is not available.
It might have been better to present this idea as an alternative or a suggestion.
The point is that you will always have better luck with contests (and clients) by sticking to the brief, and including deviations from the brief as additional suggestions or proposals.

I quite like this idea but the letters are wrong. It should be PWPP, not PWP.

The boat is really a low quality image. If you make a small output file it would compemsate. The reflection doesn't quote work.

Great first attempt!A little blur around the edges of the house and the balloom would make it more realistic. Also a higher quality image of the hose to begin with (see the compression artifacts?) or just make your final image a bit smaller dimension so it's not noticable.
