When my son was old enough to sit in a chair with us on the dining table I painted this dragon on that chair. the idea behind it was that the vegetable dragon wanted to be a strong dragon someday and to do that he had to eat his vegetables every day.

Well...all my boys eat their vegetables every day ;)

This is my rather fanciful costume design for the Queen of the Night in the Mozart opera The Magic Flute. Acrylic on paper, 12 ins by 16 ins.
