Open a new layer and name it not circle over than the layer where we filled our circle or simply circle layer. Change the foreground color for white and select gradient tool, foreground to transparent. Go to Select/ Modify/ Contract. I used for contract 4 pixels. And Select/ Feather or Alt+ Ctrl+ D. Feather by 5 pixels. Than fill our circle up to down till the middle of the circle.
