Don't ya hate it when people tell a longwinded story with a shot..Taken early morning of the 25th of April this year - ANZAC Day - probably Australia's most important national occasion. It marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War. The initial operation took place at Gallipoli on the 25th April, 1915, where the troops suffered high casualties and quick defeat at the hand of Turkish infantry.Lest we forget.
