New Zealand is a nation of boaters. Last Summer I was in Auckland and visited the viaduct where there are literally thousands of boats moored. Took loads of great pics but was really captured by this row of little brightly coloured dinghies.
This was taken last weekend from our camp site in Lake Havasu. Most of the day is spent trying to stay cool (it was 115 degrees) but it's very nice and relaxing.Please leave comments. Thanks! :)

Unfortunately summer is long gone in New Zealand! So I couldn;t get creative, but raher had to browse through my shots from last summer. Ice cream is one of my favourite parts of the summertime. I chose this pic of my nephew because I like the way its is mostly blues (shirt and sky) and yellows and golds (icecream, grasses and his hair!), plus he really looks like he's enjoying himself!

In New Zealand, summer is all about the beach! My brother had a beach wedding this year and I captured my gorgeous nephew having a quiet wee dig in the sand amongst all the chaos! (model release acquired)
