Twenty minute exposure along the shore of Lake Superior in the dead of night.
There've been a couple of comments requesting technical info on this shot. Here goes:Olympus C4000Z100 ISO1/80 sec @ 2.8focal length: 15mmNow for the fun part.Shot through a 32mm eyepiece attached to an 8" reflector telescope for an effective focal length of approx 475mm.Camera was on a tripod lined up so that the lens was almost touching the telescope eyepiece.This required patience to line up the shot, but otherwise, it was lots of fun. If you have the equipment, you should try it. If the sky is clear, I'm going to take some shots of the lunar eclipse this Thursday evening.Update: It rained all day and all night Thursday:(. No eclipse pix, sigh.

I always drove past these trains and factory about 20-some miles from my house and wanted to shoot them at night, but never had the ambition to drive for just the photos.
