AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW AIN'T HE CUUUUUUUUUTE!!!1!!!This Meowza doll stands just shy of 2 feet tall (which is about how tall I reckon he'd actually be, judging from the comic strips) and can strike & hold almost any pose thanks to a fully articulated metal skeleton. He can even stand on his own. Just like the real thing!!!Materials used in his construction include: alloy flat bar; alloy L-bar; two different sizes of nuts, bolts, washers & spring washers; two different gauges of wire; MDF (fiber board); blind rivets; two different colors of hessian; three different colors of sewing thread; one whole bag of teddy bear stuffing; duct tape; packing tape; string; two collanders; black spray paint ... and I'm sure I've forgotten one or two things. All of the sewing was done by hand. All of the filing to round off the corners on the metal skeleton was done with an angle grinder. Apologies to my neighbours, I hope they weren't trying to sleep. Thanks to Meowza for the constant inspiration, MMM for his patience and my competitors for the challenge. Please view everything in full always and forever. NOW!!!Here's some 'making of' shots:Making the head: One, Two, Three, Four. The metal skeleton (armature): One, Two.Wrapping the stuffing before the hessian was sewn into place.I added a tag to make him more like a 'real' toy. My camera couldn't pick up the writing clearly but it saysCopyright Happy Neko Corporation on one side and 30% cotton, 25% polyester, 45% wuv on the other. :)
