In this contest, your job is to tell a childrens' story as if it's being told by a bitter storyteller - which will obviously affect the way the story progresses. For example, the story "The Little Engine that Could" could be "The Little Engine Who Couldn't Because He was a Wo...". Your story can be original, or a parody of a well known children's story.
The rules of this game are thus: Tell a children's story from the perspective of a bitter storyteller, thus slanting the progression of the story. It may be a parody or an original story. The story must be told in 800 words or less. As always, quality is a must. We'll remove poor entries no matter how much we like you. You'll have 5 days for this contest, so make your submission count.
