The old truck just looked like it belonged on the long trail from Oklahoma to Oregon or California during the dustbowl years of the Great Depression.

Besides blending in the truck - I also "aged/yellowed" the image to make it look like it had been exposed to the elements for years, and painted in the driver's jacket to make it fit the clothing of the era.
