This challenge is not too difficult. Almost everyone has a bike, or a child with a bike or a least a neighbour with a bike. Let's make a tribute to moving around otherwise than by motorized vehicle. We will make a calendar with only bikes. Biking in the snow.. January, perhaps?... resting near some tulips... obviously, April... under a tree with turning colors.. September, for sure... and heck.. maybe just unwrapped as December's Xmas present.
Your challenge is this. Take a picture of a bike in a way that is artistic enough to be in a calendar. Both indoor or outdoor setups will be allowed.
In this contest, you will be allowed to selectively manipulate, dodge and burn. Selective colorization and desaturation, etc will also be allowed so plenty of place to allow you to be creative. You will be allowed borders and you <b>MUST</b> add text to the image so we know which month your bike is trying to show off. Although you will be allowed much freedom, do not use more than one photograph, and as always, all photographs must be taken by you.
<b>Hitlist:</b> Motorcycles, we love them, but not in this contest. Use them and be disqualified. I will however allow electric bikes because they still make you pedal somewhat.

In this advanced contest, all images deemed subpar by the moderators will be disqualified at their discretion so bring us only your very best.
