We've all been stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. You want to go fast -- it's all these other jerks ahead of you who seem to be slowing things down. Wouldn't it be great if you had a car that could get you through this mess?

In this contest, you're asked to design the ultimate traffic buster. This isn't Dream Vehicles -- don't just design a fast car. Make one that can jump over cars in front of you, or squeeze between the lanes, or, as in Ironkite's themepost, blast those slowpokes out of your way. No flying! That's way too easy an out, and you can get in trouble with the aviation officials anyhow.
