Pity the poor director. He's completed his film, wrapped up all the loose ends. Then the movie makes millions, and the studio calls for a sequel. But the Earth has been saved, the villain killed, the hero happily married. How do you make a sequel after that? You don't - you make a prequel instead.

There are many prequels out there already. Hannibal Rising. Dumb & Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd. Exorcist: The Beginning. The Phantom Menace. We can do better.

In this contest, you are asked to take an existing film, and create a poster for a new movie prequel. What happened before Harry met Sally? Was the Saturday Night Fever preceded by Saturday Morning Stomach Cramps? Before "Born on the Fourth of July", did we have "Conceived Sometime in September"? Was there a "Malcolm IX"?

Have fun, be creative, follow the guidelines please, and be careful to avoid using cliches (Like we'd need more "Star Wars" prequels anyway). You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count!
