Images taken with long exposures can create some incredible photographs.
Although you will only be allowed minor touchups, don't let that stop you as some beautiful work can be done as in arodrix's awesome image 'Invisible Waves' where you can literally feel the mood and the ethereal atmosphere.
This bonus contest will allow for minor spot corrections, minor dodging and burning. It will not however allow for the slow movement to be produced in photoshop, it must be taken in camera.
You may add borders or any size and color but must either be square or rectangular.
