CONTEST DESCRIPTION

In this free contest, your task is to design a logo for Ballabon Group LLC, a lobbying, issue campaigns and crisis management company with a special emphasis on media clients.

The client is a small company located in NYC and Washington DC. The design will appear on all company branding and advertising (i.e. website, business cards, letterhead, etc...).

PRIZES

• The top entry that the client chooses will receive $125*.
  


• The top voting winner will get 100 credits.

CLIENT RULES

• Logos must contain the words "Ballabon Group" or "Ballabon Group LLC" or "BG" or "BGLLC". This is not cAsE SeNsItIvE.
  


• The logo can contain up to 4 colors. The client is open to different colors, but is inclined to prefer that the dominant colors be red/white or blue/white or red, white and blue.
  


• Entries may not contain gradients.
  


• The logo style must be business professional.
  


• Your logo should represent power, influence and confidence. Influence is at the intersection of politics, money and media.
  


• The client is open to anything creative that suggests politics, media and business, but would like to see some understated, clever use of shapes reminiscent of New York City and Washington DC landmarks. One idea the client envisions is creating recognizable landmark shapes (i.e. NY city skyline, Washington Monument, Capitol Building, Empire State Building, UN Building, etc...) with the letters of the company name.
  


• You may not display presentations of the logo (i.e. business cards, letterhead examples) directly in the image file that you upload as your entry. You may upload these to your media folder and link to them separately from your author comments. If you violate this rule, you risk disqualification.
  


• Any font may be used. Please upload your font to your corporate files area.
  


• The client prefers Illustrator vector files (.ai or .eps).
  


• Before entering this contest you must read this thread.

GENERAL RULES

• Please upload your vector file (.ai or .eps) to the corporate files attachment area at the time you submit an entry (you will be prompted after uploading your image).
  


• Do not enter slight variations of your logo as separate entries. Enter them as a single entry.
  


• Fancy background presentation is not allowed. Solid color backgrounds, that's it.
  


• Please leave some white space at the bottom of your entry so the worth1000 watermark doesn't overlap it.
  


• Any questions about what is desired by the client may be sent to corporate@worth1000.com.
  


• The client will be granted the full rights to all aspects of the submission of their choice as a work-for-hire in exchange for the prize mentioned above.
