Good partners go together like peanut butter and jelly. From Laurel and Hardy to Batman and Robin, certain pairings just seem inseparable.
But over time, nerves fray, and occasionally people need time apart. That's when they seek out new teammates -- perhaps people who are fed up with their own colleagues. The results can be an interesting new pairing: Starsky and Elwood, Donny and Bert, or Mork and Hobbes.
In this contest, we're asking you to take two famous pairs, extract one member of each, and show us the resulting partnership. Please use partners, not romantic couples -- I'm sure Brad Pitt and Jessica Simpson will end up together soon enough without your help.
