The shopper represents ability to find a good bargain, ability to negotiate, ambition, pride in one's appearance. Negative qualities: vanity, superficiality, greed.As with real tarot, there are symbolic meanings: the cammo skirt means she's ready to take charge; the purple shirt stands for pride; the sunglasses symbolize the potential for the shopper to lose sight of reality.

I don't know that much about tarot cards but if I could have my fortune read, I wish I would come up with this one. This started as a vector drawing in PS. I'm still learning that portion of the program.
