It all started with a bunch of strips of paper... and 'photographer's block'... i sat there, making curly-q's, when it came to me ;-)
I used a long exposure of 30 seconds and fired the flash 2-3 times with a blue diffuser, then illuminated the centre of each paper tube with a red LED.
