For this, I thought to mix up some of the nicer features of celebrities I like. The end result is a very elegant look that I think fits Hollywood well. I wanted to point out Mila's eyes being slightly different colors. The eye color is not altered in any way. Worked mostly off of a black and white background, so the only coloring that needed to be done was Natalie's skin.
