I passed this hydrant 3 times this particular day - and when I passed it the last time, still gushing, I decided the Worth God's wanted me to take its picture. Shortly after, it was shut off.
Coincidence? I think not.
If you view full, and put your finger in the water, you will get wet~ I promise! :D
