Teddy Roosevelt was a seriously bad dude. He cleaned up the streets of New York, he punched out a gunman in the Wild West, and he led the charge up San Juan Hill in the Spanish-American war on horseback. He boxed and wrestled actively while in office, and when a would-be assassin shot him in the chest before a speech, he gave the speech before going to the hospital.

He wasn't called the Imperial President for nothing. He won the Medal of Honor and the Nobel Peace Prize.
