Please view full as this compressed version loses a lot of detail. This is a blue eyed darner dragonfly - he was sitting on my driveway. He was nice enough to wait for me to go inside to get a piece of white photo mat, let me put it in front of him and then actually crawl up on the mat on his own. Only got two photos with the white backdrop before he flew away though...

Actually this is a Robber Fly, reminds me though of a werewolf, shot him with a Canon.......
Up close the fly is rather intresting looking, it's sitting on a white rock. Thanks for looking....
