Wow, this ended up being way more work than I thought. But, I added a new roof, painted the house, added stone walls, fixed the windows, did some demo, added a sidewalk, included some landscaping.

After a few days in the sand and surf, the house was feeling much better. Some quiet reflection was all it needed...plus a few coats of paint.

Harder to do than I thought.
