the font used is masterforce solid (freeware).
300 dpi A3 tiff file (uncompressed) uploaded
(.psd with vectorshapes and fonts available if bigger size is wanted, 170mb)

Made photo black and white, and went with a more of a modern 50's stype cartoon invasion.

The archive source has 18MB, I send for the customer later.
