CONTEST DESCRIPTION

In this free contest, your task is to design a logo for MobileSeater, they are creating a mobile paging service for restaurants.

The client is a small company located in Columbus, OH, USA. The design will appear on all company branding and advertising (i.e. business cards, stationery, marketing materials, website, the software application, etc…).

PRIZES

• The top entry that the client chooses will receive $175*.
  


• The top voting winner will get 100 credits.

CLIENT RULES

• Logos must contain the words " MobileSeater ". This is not cAsE SeNsItIvE.
  


• The logo can contain any number of colors. The client would like to see the color green used in the design.
  


• Entries may contain gradients. If gradients are used then the client would like you to upload a non-gradient version as well.
  


• The logo style must be a combination of modern and classic. They are looking to combine contemporary (mobile) with the classic (dining).
  


• Your logo should represent speed, mobility and a modern touch to a traditional service.
  


• The client is open to different symbol options. The client would like to see radio waves or cell phone signal bars with a chair, possibly with a sense of motion.
  


• No tables or food may be used.

• You may not display presentations of the logo (i.e. business cards, letterhead examples) directly in the image file that you upload as your entry. You may upload these to your media folder and link to them separately from your author comments. If you violate this rule, you risk disqualification.
  


• They are currently using VAG Rounded/Rundschrift. If you don't have that, please use a similar sans. They’re partial to a nice serif for "Seater." The client prefers the standard Internet fonts not be used (that includes Helvetica). Please upload your font to your corporate files area.
  


• The client prefers Illustrator vector files (.ai or .eps).
  


• Before entering this contest you must read this thread.

GENERAL RULES

• Please upload your vector file (.ai or .eps) or high resolution photoshop files with all layers and elements intact (.psd), to the corporate files attachment area at the time you submit an entry (you will be prompted after uploading your image).
  


• Do not enter slight variations of your logo as separate entries. Enter them as a single entry.
  


• Fancy background presentation is not allowed. Solid color backgrounds, that's it.
  


• Please leave some white space at the bottom of your entry so the worth1000 watermark doesn't overlap it.
  


• Any questions about what is desired by the client may be sent to corporate@worth1000.com.
  


• The client will be granted the full rights to all aspects of the submission of their choice as a work-for-hire in exchange for the prize mentioned above.
