You'd think that a month would be enough time for me to submit an entry on time :D
Anyway, I gathered some of my worse fears and bundled them into one nice monster (yes, I'm one sick puppy).

Heavyset but quick, this creature scampers around looking for victims, and when it does, each head violently convulses and lets out a baritone shriek.

This is the manifestation of my fear of being left alone.

For me, when I was playing Silent Hill, the thing that freaked me out the most was not the bloody and mangled body or gory monsters, but the black shadow of a baby crawling on the dark empty corridor with the sound of its cry echoing. THAT. WAS. SCARY.
So here is my version of the crawling baby.
