Spent hours trying to photoshop a realistic wound (watched over a 100 bloody Google pictures for it - yuk!). Scary enough?
I almost entered this in the Spooky contest as this is entirely from an original photo and completely within the rules. Used levels to invert and hue/saturation to colorize. The intertwining man/skull, while not readily visible until after the inversion, are NOT chopped in.
