This is a simple idea that come to my mind. At least, this can help to distract and to frighten drivers when they run too fast. ...Maybe unfortunately, they could run even faster on their fear in a opposite effect... :)

This actually took me a little bit of time. I thought of it on the way home from my finances house. I erased the original text and added my own and added the image of the baby. The ruff edges of the sign were originally there so I decided to keep them and not smooth them out. I am happy with the results. I think its funny.
