Gee, in the ancient days of old Rome us minor deities had it good! We each had a temple and a following of faithful who knew us and spread our names. Nowadays no one remembers us. Maybe it's time for us to update our images and try to get back into the minds of modern man.
The rules of this contest are thus: portray a modern version of a lesser-known god of... anything! For instance, you could depict the Holy Intercessor of Cheese, or the Righteous Wielder of Bodily Gaseous Thunder... it's up to you. Images should portray the deity in action with respect to his celestial powers or dominion, like dividing the waters at New York harbor, or multiplication of donuts at the local diner. Your entry should include their name in the title and must be sufficiently silly as to be amusing.
As always, have fun, be creative, follow the guidelines please, and be careful to avoid using cliches. You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count!
