Well this is fun... it proved to be harder than i thought LOL i tried something totally out of my element so i hope you all enjoy it :) And yes his one eye is supposed to look like it is wacked out and smaller lol :)
I tried to go for the comic look and the bold lines that come with it. I've always seen a mad scientist bald and almost villain like, so I suppose that is what I threw in here. A plotting, mad scientist.
