I believe that the Logo closely follows the guidelines set forth by the sponsor of the contest. This was created as a Photoshop file, but an Illustrator file can be created if necessary. The preview image created by Worth1000 has been compressed and is distorted, please view the full image to see it clearly.

This logo is very versatile, it can be gently modified to fit nearly any application. And there are only 4 colors: Red, Orange, Yellow and Black.
