They say fairy tales can come true, and nursery rhyme characters live on forever. But what are these characters supposed to do in this day and age? How will they support themselves? "Jack the Giant Killer" could try out for the New England Patriots. The "Hey Diddle Diddle" cat might join a bluegrass ban. The Big Bad Wolf could help blow out forest fires, while the cow who jumped over the moon would of course become an astronaut (as in the themepost by puppykickernmd).

In this contest, we'd like to see a character from a fable, nursery rhyme or fairy tale in the 21st century. Show us what they'd do to earn a living, or just to blend in to the modern world. Make sure you tell us who the character is or what fairy tale they come from if it's not obvious.

Have fun, be creative, follow the guidelines please, and be careful to avoid using cliches. You will have 48 hours to submit so make your entry count!
