Cecil knew that he had to fly high to avoid getting scrambled.(I haven't had much time for photoshop lately, but enjoyed doing this one) I wish the right wing blended better,I have tried smudge,blur, erasing with various opacities and copy and pasting the other wing and then trying the previous list but it still hasn't worked right. Any tips?
