This is my first attempt at a "Ren" competition, but it's my 15th Photoshop entry and this is the first time I've ever asked to view full! I've done a lot of hand-painting over the source picture but I tried to keep it in the style of Renoir. Please leave me tips on how I might improve.Am I a bit strange or do they almost look cuter dressed up as cops?
