Three color scheme: "Ivoire" color - for main body of building; "Refuge" color - used on recessed walls, railing, and certain door/ window trim; "Kirsch Red" color - used for painted half-circle accents, dentils along building's roof, and along lower 4' portion of walls. New windows were superimposed on photo - they are to be painted brown (or a brown metal color) to match the color of the wood flooring inside each loft.

This is my first mock-up, so I apologize for its roughness. The windows are grid-style to keep with the factory/industrial theme. I see the windows as blue mirror glass. The white brick would stay as pure white with the recessed brick portions of the wall with a light blue paint.
