Hopefully it goes without saying, but in case it doesn't, the name of Einstein's rap / hip hop persona is a play on the equation E=MC², and M.C. Hammer-style rap / hip hop names. So instead of M.C. Hammer, it's M.C. Einstein, with E= preceding it. "The Constant" is a reference to the speed of light, which is represented by the letter C in the equation E=MC².
