I started out intending to do my structure out of cocoa krispies and making rice krispie treats. That was my nightmare number one. Then I tried doing a house out of sugar cookies. Nightmare number two! Then I decided to make my structure out of milk cartons and that was alot easier. My roof and shingles are candy corn. My chimney is rice krispie treat covered in icing and cake decorating candies. With a cake decorating candy bat! Eeek ! The house has dark chocolate icing with m&m's as the covering. Duh! The windows are mini Heath Bars and the shutters are kit kats. The door is also a Heath Bars with little pumpkin candy door knobs. I went a little above and beyond and made a yard as well. The fence is made out of Pumpkin Candy Corn and Black Liquorice. The sidewalk is cake decorating candies lined with Pumpkin candy corn. There are a few Peep Candy Ghosts and a Peep Choco Kitty!Sprinkled through out the yard are some yummy gummy worms. I didnt totally cover the yard because it just said the house. Anyways this was a real pain in the booty and I am thankful its over!! I need to go to Haunted House Decorating School!!! I'm looking for classes right now! ;) Good Luck to everybody else! link 1link 2link 3
