To fly like the birds! To soar amongst the clouds! This dream of ancient man is now readily available to all with modern airplanes and helicopters. But imagine how people in alternate realities might achieve the same thing ...

The aim of this contest is to show a fantastical means of flight. We want to see brave warriors soaring on mighty dragons, massive steampunk airships, alternate history zeppelins, flamingo-powered crackpot inventions or mighty futuristic airships. Your imagination is the only limit.

Try to create the image from scratch rather than cut & pasting a photo of a toy spaceship or anything similar. Do not use any images from science fiction or fantasy art, films, TV shows, etc..

Have fun, keep it clean, be creative. Make sure you've read the Entering Contests section of the FAQ.
As always, quality is a must. We will remove poor entries no matter how much we like you. You'll have seven days hours for this contest, so take your time and make your submission count.
